A Website Fit For The King

The Wilkin family have been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and making quality preserves and spreads there since 1885. They grow a wide range of traditional English fruits and use them to make conserves, condiments, and other treats in their factory by the farm.

The Tiptree product range has been awarded the Royal Warrant for their premium quality, and we were delighted at the opportunity to design a new Shopify website for Tiptree that matches and supports the high quality of their product range.

To design a premium Shopify website that:

- Showcases the high quality 300+ Tiptree product range including Conserves, Jellies, Sauces, Condiments, Spirits, Puddings, Gifts and Christmas range
- Has an enjoyable online shopping experience and clear customer journey
- Incorporates the Tiptree brand guidelines throughout
- Details the Tiptree Tea Rooms and museum & encourages customers to visit
- Tells the rich history of the company
- Promotes the company’s core values of Quality and Integrity

Our primary strategy for the Tiptree website was to review and reorganise the existing page structure and product filtering system for an easy to use shopping experience. Tiptree has established and well designed brand guidelines and we wanted to incorporate them throughout the website, matched with high quality photography and on brand messaging.

We also needed to find bespoke solutions for the Tiptree ‘Personalised’ collections, as well as their Gift Vouchers systems.

Email marketing
Tiptree has a broad range of beautiful products and stories to tell which makes their email marketing campaigns such a joy to run. We reviewed best practice designs for email marketing, and designed templates that can be used for Automated and Seasonal email campaigns. We also brainstormed ideas for ongoing email marketing such as product launches, news from the farm & the factory, key dates celebrations such as King Charles’ Coronation and special promotions.

Heritage Brand, Globally Recognised

A well designed website to support the Tiptree Ecommerce & digital marketing function; it showcases their vast product range with clear filtering, as well as detailed information on the tea rooms, museums and gift vouchers.

A successful email marketing process with automated emails and designed templates for ongoing seasonal email campaigns.
